At Laddo Creations, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we offer a returns and refunds process under the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items worn, washed, or altered
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
  • Custom-made or personalised products (if applicable)

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@laddocreations.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Once approved:

  • You will receive return instructions
  • The item must be shipped back promptly

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including international returns
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method

Please note:

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are non-refundable

If you receive an item that is:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@laddocreations.com with photos.

We will:

  • Offer a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate
  • Cover return shipping costs in such cases (where applicable)

8. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Incorrect items received

For size or preference changes, customers should place a new order and return the original item (if eligible)

9. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible

10. International Orders (Important)

As we operate from India and ship globally:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges
  • These charges are non-refundable
  • Delays due to customs are beyond our control
